The Polymer Lab's customers include both plastic processors and users of finished plastic products. We serve a wide range of industries. Our customer base ranges from small businesses to large corporations. Some customers use our services only occasionally, when a problem arises; others use our services on a regular basis for ongoing quality assurance.

How large of a sample do you need for the analysis?

Required sample size varies from less than 5 milligrams for a basic material identification to a dozen or more complete parts for molded-in-stress analysis.

How much will my testing cost?

This is a difficult question to answer without knowing your specific needs. Our testing rates are quite competitive. Please call us for a free quotation.

What is your normal turnaround time?

3 to 5 business days from the date of receipt of samples.

Do you offer rush service?

Yes! 24 hour RUSH service on most of our analysis is offered for an additional fee. RUSH samples that are received in the early morning, are often analyzed and reported by the end of the same day.

What are my payment options?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). We also take checks or invoice against a purchase order. Checks or purchase orders must be received before the data will be released.

Will my samples be returned?

Samples will be returned to you upon request. If sample return is not requested, samples will be retained for a minimum of 30 days before disposal. (Note: most test methods require that some material is removed from the samples.)
